Production Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Production Manager for “in house” ad agency. Responsible for the delivery of all printed materials. Appropriately manages production inventories. Responsible for all packaging and shipping.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop project production schedules
- Maintain project status reports
- Traffic projects through production and approval processes
- Collaborate with art department and act as customer service representative
- Coordinate details of production between internal staff and external vendors
- Manage and procure print materials, prepress and contracts with a variety of vendors
- Review proofs prior to submission to client
- Ability to calculate paper pricing and generate estimates based on client specifications
- Perform press checks for color accuracy as necessary
- PO generation and approval for all projects
- Reconcile and approve invoices against PO’s
- Track AA’s for all jobs
- Manage and maintain quality control
- Assist with the building mock-ups prior to production
- Responsible for production inventory (paper, ink, toner, etc.) including tracking and ordering
- Responsible for printing and binding all meeting materials/collateral, new member packets, member reports and products
- Responsible for all packaging and shipping; including labels, packing lists, and tracking
- Manages production ACT opportunities, service orders and sign-offs

Web Developer/Database Programer
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the continued development of production web sites and applications. Creates a communication framework with our clients revolving around web-based communications and forms. Possesses the ability to think outside the box, and apply their technical skill set to create a better computing environment for our clients and associates.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of end-user database
- Adherence to company style guide, and branding of production materials
- Thorough documentation of all coding and development, adhere to change control standards

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Relevant Work Experience
- A.S. Degree in related field with 2 years experience; Bachelors preferred.
- Previous experience using comparable computer software systems (Quark, Dreamweaver, etc.)
- Experience in Web Development via Adobe Dreamweaver CS3
- Expertise in Web based forms with database backend (SQL and/or MS Access)
- Must be highly competent in both database development and web development
- JAVA & Visual Basic a plus
- Must be able to support, and continue development within a complex SQL database (reporting, exporting, queries, data management)

Sales Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
Experienced, dedicated Sales Assistant focused on acquisition and retention within our client base to join our professional team. SA will coordinate office and support CDS staff, will be primary client interface, gatekeeper and problem solver. Must be extremely detailed and customer service oriented and technologically savvy.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordinating and registering all immersion guests (prospective clients).
- Fields correspondence and questions from Territory Sales Managers, immersion guests and members.
- Manages sales related groups within ACT. Process ACT data.
- Coordinates new member process including but not limited to: billing to accounting department, scheduling new member calls, processing incentives.
- Coordinates information as it related to immersion guests, including vetting of nominees and profiles for use at meetings.
- Monitors “Communications”, “Info” and “Membership” email inbox’s for potential prospects and rerouting.
- Phone tree member & coverage coordinator.
- Provides back-up and support to the Client Development team.

- Prepares updates and maintains opportunity, booking and forecast reports for VP of Sales.

- Updates and maintains standard document templates used by the Sales and Marketing department.
- Proofreads and corrects documents (as requested) for grammar, punctuation and spelling in order to produce error-free work. Ensures work is consistent with the style guidelines of the company.
- Updates department performance metrics on a regular basis.
