Partnership (Develop or Dissolve)
Develop
Are you even “partner material”? Assuming the answer to this not so simple question is “yes”, our consulting team can help you and your prospective partner, or partners, structure a relationship that ensures everyone’s best interests are represented.
Al Cleinman has made his case across North America in his presentation titled “The Art of the Deal” for independent practice optometrists to think very carefully before they strike a partnership deal.
As soon as the word “partner” crosses your lips or is spoken by another party, stop the conversation and call us. Anything said after that utterance is a potential stumbling block in your prospective relationship.
Dissolve
Just as some relationships begin, others end. This is okay, it happens. Often it is healthy and best for all involved. While you may be feeling a lot of emotion, try to keep in mind that there is a right way to end a partnership. Unraveling the fabric of a relationship can be messy, but it is possible to do so in a respectful way and a way that leaves everyone involved feeling whole.
