Q. Which form should I use to collect CPS data?

A. We provide you with 2 methods for reporting your data; both can be found in the benchmarking section of the member’s area. We strongly recommend the excel spreadsheet, as it automatically tallies monthly input to calculate quarterly and yearly totals. The spreadsheet also calculates your performance ratios on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; this allows you to more closely track your progress. The word document can also be used; we request data submission on a quarterly data.
