THE RIGHT ANSWER IS "YES." "NO" REQUIRES MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.
Whomever posted this sign wins the Al Cleinman customer service award. While I doubt that it's made it into the corporate training manual at Home Depot, the walk of 1000 miles begins with a hand-written poster. Kudos to the author.
