June 9th & June 10th – 12:00pm to 4:00pm (EST)
Who makes the first impression and the last impression on your patient? The front desk staff! This virtual course teaches your staff the why and how of those impressions that are so critical to your mission. Effective behavior makes patients feel positively connected with your practice, which breeds loyalty and boosts practice performance. A second module teaches your staff to communicate constructively with coworkers, patients, and difficult people.
A “mini-DISC” assessment will be included in the course workbook (sent prior to the course date).
The assessment will be taken, and the results will be discussed at the time of the class. Course instructions and other materials will be provided to all participants prior to the start of the course.
