DALLAS, TEXAS — Dr. Daniel Hock of Evergreen Vision Clinic in Evergreen, Colo., received recognition for his continued commitment to professional development at a recent meeting of Cleinman Performance Network.
Dr. Hock — celebrating his 10th year in the Network — demonstrates a dedication to creating a healthy and beneficial work environment, as well as to maintaining a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
As a member of Cleinman Performance Network, a wisdom-sharing group of peer optometrists from across North America, Dr. Hock provides valuable knowledge that highlights and contributes to the best practices in vision care and eye health.
Dr. Hock received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and his doctorate in 1995 from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon, where he was distinguished with the Butterworth-Heinemann Award for Clinical Excellence in Vision Therapy. He serves as a committee member on the Children’s Vision Task Force and participates as an InfantSEE provider and in the Sights for Students program. Dr. Hock specializes in behavioral optometry, with interest in working with special needs children, the learning disabled and sports vision enhancement.
Evergreen Vision Clinic is a full-service eye care facility offering optometric, ophthalmological and optician services. In addition to comprehensive eye health and vision examinations, the practice offers treatment for ocular trauma and diseases, as well as pediatric vision care, low vision rehabilitation and vision therapy.
