Many of my clients have turned to Facebook, MySpace and other websites to promote their practices and improve their communications with patients. There's so much going on in this area that it's very difficult to ascertain whether these sites are the future or a fad. Perhaps, Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" expresses the many questions that arise from this phenomena called "Social Media."
