It appears that VSP has lost it's tax appeal and the U.S. Government (taxpayers) have won. Sorry Providers…no reimbursement increases any time soon. Not only does VSP have to pay off their $730 million Marchon acquisition, but now they've got a mmmmillion dollar tax bill. Look for continued reimbursement squeeze.
