CHICAGO, IL — Dr. Philip Etchells of Apple Valley Eyewear in Apple Valley, CA, received recognition for his continued commitment to professional development at a recent meeting of Cleinman Performance Network.

Dr. Etchells — celebrating his fifth year in the Network — demonstrates a dedication to creating a healthy work environment, as well as to maintaining a high level of patient care and satisfaction.

As a member of Cleinman Performance Network, a wisdom-sharing group of peer optometrists from across North America, Dr. Etchells provides valuable knowledge that highlights and contributes to the best practices in vision care and eye health.

Dr. Etchells completed his optometric education at the Southern California College of Optometry in 1973. He opened his first office in Mission Viejo, CA, and moved to his current office in Victorville/Apple Valley in 1990. In his spare time, Dr. Etchells enjoys spending time with his wife and her horses, as well as golfing and snow skiing.

Apple Valley Eyewear offers comprehensive eye exams, ocular topography, an on-site optical lab, emergency eye care services and glaucoma evaluations.
