DALLAS, TEXAS — Drs. Krister Holmberg and Shephali Patel, owners of Arena Eye Care in Sacramento, CA, received recognition for their continued commitment to professional development at a recent meeting of Cleinman Performance Network.
Drs. Holmberg and Patel — celebrating their fifth year in the Network — demonstrate a dedication to creating a healthy and beneficial work environment, as well as to maintaining a high level of patient care and satisfaction. As members of Cleinman Performance Network, a wisdom-sharing group of peer optometrists from across North America, Drs. Holmberg and Patel provide valuable knowledge that highlights and contributes to the best practices in vision care and eye health.
Dr. Holmberg received his Bachelor’s Degree in cellular and molecular biology from Western Washington University and his doctorate in optometry from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Holmberg received training at the Veterans Administration Healthcare System in Massachusetts and relocated to California from the East Coast after getting married.
Dr. Patel moved to the U.S. from London, England. She studied biology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and optometry at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Florida. Dr. Patel is certified to treat glaucoma.
