In an environment of de-listed optometric services, the role of third party insurance providers has, and will, become increasingly important. Ontario, with essentially half its population (predominantly those of working age) now de-listed from provincial coverage, represents an attractive and lucrative marketplace. Freed from the constraints of OHIP for a number of patients, Ontario practitioners and OAO must remain vigilant to the
