Sent out an email blast on Monday before Thanksgiving offering $149 worth of services and/or product for $99 with a maximum of three certificates per patient, available for purchase on the Saturday after Thanksgiving only. Email detailed what it could be used for and placed an expiration date of 6 months from date of purchase.
Formulate letter for email blast and send out. Have someone at the office for four hours on that Saturday for purchases and phone calls.
Little to no investment, except a staff member for four hours and creation of certificates.
It brought in some revenue on a day when normally there would be none. I thought it might reactivate some patients who had not been in for a while with cost possibly being a factor. We sold 17 certificates during those four hours.
