Meeting Theme
What Matters?
Everything… A butterfly flaps its wings on one side of the world and alters the trajectory of a storm on the other. It’s called the Butterfly Effect, and it’s a valuable metaphor for the impact our actions have on each other and our businesses. In the complex world of co-mingled patient and employee experience, even the smallest change can be the catalyst for big outcomes—good and bad. When we understand that each moment with each person is the chance to make a difference, we begin to understand the power of our own impact and come to know that what matters is every detail, every choice, every little thing. It’s the power of the butterfly. #whatmatters?
