A Different Twist on Valentine’s Day February 14, 2023
Happy Valentine’s Day! Since I am the newest member of Cleinman Performance Partners, I wanted to reflect on my time here and share a little bit of my perspective into a company that I THINK, puts a capital C in Care when it comes to our partner practices! You may be wondering… how in the world does Valentine’s Day tie into all of this?
I feel that Valentine’s Day is not just a day for loved ones, it includes recognizing and appreciating important relationships of ALL kinds, and how those relationships enrich so many aspects of our lives. Since entering the Cleinman Performance Partners family fold, I have had the great benefit of witnessing numerous examples of heartfelt guidance, care and diligence offered up by my Cleinman peers to our many partners.
We are a company of people who are emotionally invested in the service that we provide. For each of us, our job has great meaning in a very personal way since we all enjoy helping others. From what I’ve seen here at Cleinman Performance Partners, it all comes down to the amazing relationships which have been forged over the years between members of our team and those of our partner practices.
Through challenges of all shapes and sizes faced by our network of partners, tears have been shed, laughter has been shared, and wonderful connections have been forged through earned trust. My message on this Valentine’s Day is one of gratitude and appreciation. I am so thankful to feel that I have a meaningful place, among a group of caring and talented individuals, whose mission it is to help enhance and grow the practices of our amazing Cleinman partners, who then in turn, get to enjoy their lives more and are empowered to provide even better care for their patients thanks to all the support they have received from us.
I call that a win-win-win. Thanks for viewing this and I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day and I encourage you to take some time to reflect on and appreciate all the fulfilling relationships in your own life!
